Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced Workflow Administrator for a role based in the MK9 area. We are looking for someone to have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Working with a Facilities Management company, the role is to carry out general administrative duties relating to contracts which includes
- Approving labour records/time sheets
- Receipting/POs
- Booking meetings/Travel organisation etc.
About The Job
Experienced with one, or all, the following computer systems
* Maximo / Coupa
* SAP
* TechForge [Ideally]
Logging hours worked
Raising invoices
Helpdesk Administration
Goods in/out & Ordering
Expenditure
as well as other general administrative tasks supporting the department
8.30am - 5pm Mon to Fri
£11/£12.02 ph depending on experience
About You
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Competent in MS Office - Outlook/Word/Excel as well as other CAFM systems
High level of accuracy with data entry & general work attitude/professionalism
Strong communicator & organisation skills
Ability to prioritise workloads
Happy to learn from other team mates
