This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to work for an expanding financial services company with huge potential in the future.

As a Trainee Case Manager you will be expected to be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for managing the long-term relationship between the business and its clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Deliver an excellent customer journey

· Liaising with borrowers, lenders and solicitors

· General administrative tasks

· Accurately input mortgage information / data and ensure that the correct supporting documents are requested during the application process

· Ensuring the correct documentation is in place, checking mortgage offers, chasing redemption statements and any other third parties

· Manage own pipeline of mortgage applications, ensuring they complete accurately and efficiently

· Ensure your diary is kept up-to-date

Expectations:

· Demonstrate a proven track record of hitting targets

· 1 years’ experience working in the financial services industry

· Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or as part of a team

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure

· Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

· Pro-active thought process and career motivated

Benefits:

·£18,000 - £20,000 basic salary based on experience (negotiable)

· Permanent full-time role
