Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17h30 with hour lunch break
Benefits: 5% bonus based on performance, increases 6-12 months annually

We are looking for Property Managers to join their team in Loughborough. The ideal candidate will place a huge emphasis on customer service and be passionate about delivering a first-class experience. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of property maintenance and accounts within your own portfolio. Working in a team you will be required to build good relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
The Role
Being the first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors
Receive and allocate maintenance jobs
Working closely with contractors to ensure work is carried out to a high standard and within set budgets
Gather and interpret feedback from tenants to ensure the quality of service maintained.
Ensure prompt invoicing of jobs to relevant landlords and tenants
Manage customer communications through the maintenance phone and WhatsApp system ensuring effective tenant communication
Organise and conduct video inventories, inspections, move-ins, and checks outs to ensure accommodation is kept to a high-quality standard
Certificate management, organising renewals ensuring properties are compliant with legislation.
Rent chasing, keeping tenant arrears down to a minimum.

Excellent organisational skills
The ability to see a job through from start to finish
Experience in property maintenance or dealing with contractors (desirable)
Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
Flexible and adaptable in approach to work
Excellent customer service skills in order to provide high quality to service to all customers
