Job Title: Stock Replenishment Assistant
The Role
The purpose of this role is to support the office management and team to carry out duties of placing orders, data entry and general office requirements
Key Accountabilties
Processing and expediting purchase orders with suppliers
To support the supply chain team with their administration roles and functions
Data entry in to systems and reports
Producing and contributing to Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents
The Person
Good professional communicator at all levels and influentially persuasive when chasing up purchase orders, suppliers and other internal and external partners
Confident to work with peer groups and management teams
A flexible and can-do approach when working under pressure of changing priorities and deadlines
Technical Skills
Ideally you will be an Intermediate user in MS office and particularly in Excel
Experience in data entry
Working experience with business sales and purchasing systems would be advantageous
