We are recruiting for an experienced and professional Stock Controller team member for our high profile fashion brand. This operational role within the Merchandising Department will be a vital asset to ensuring stock is correct at all times and ensuring all mechanisers are aware of seasonal items that are in the warehouse. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to shape and develop this key department. You will need your own means of transportation as there are no buses/trains into/from the village

Key responsibilities:

To provide an accurate and up to date picture of stock levels and availability heads of departments at all times.
To assist Merchandising and Retail team in ensuring regular replenishment and restocks, including reverse replenishment to all departments.
Ensuring all returned stock is correctly located and processed.
Provide extra assistance when needed to the E-shop team.Stock Checks

Assisting in regular stock checks, and follow up on any discrepancies, missing stock, un-barcoded stock or otherwise incorrect or misplaced stock.

A total self-starter able to set the standard by his or her own professionalism and attitude.
Energetic and self-organised.
Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done.
Structured and organised, but nonetheless approachable and flexible outlook.
Work time orientated on several tasks at a time.
Capable to work to deadlines / ability to prioritise / optimal time management.Skills:

Multi-disciplined, multi-tasker
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package and advance Excel skills.
Versatile with numbers and figure
You will ideally be operating at a Sales Advisor level. Ideally within beauty, fashion of FMCG.
You will have a passion for operational excellence and exposure of managing stock processes and deliveries would be ideal.
you want to be part of a company that allows you to share best practice and allows you to be the best you can be.This is a manual labour role and you will spend your time between the office and warehouse, some heavy lifting and moving of boxes will be required.
