A popular nursery in East Grinstead is looking to recruit a full-time Room Leader for their Pre-school room. This role is needed due to the current room leader going on maternity. This role is permanent and is needed ASAP so a successful handover can take place. The nursery in question prides itself on being able to offer top of the line resources, outdoor learning and spacious classrooms. This is a larger than average setting, set across 3 rooms, there is approx. 95 pupils. This nursery welcomes learners from all walks of life and currently has an average proportion of SEN and EAL. The nursery ethos is that of respect and nurture and the nursery aims to ensure that all their pupils are confident in their personal learning journey.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
● Early Years Qualification (cache or NVQ level 3 or above)
● Relevant Early Years experience (Must be able to provide 2 references)
● Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities:
● Providing engaging and interactive activities for the pupils in your room
● Reporting on key children
● Supporting management with rotas and training
● Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
