Resource Planning Manager

The Resource Planning Manager role is a new position for loveholidays and combines people resourcing with ownership for resource planning tools and systems

The Resource Planning Manager role is a new position for loveholidays and combines people resourcing with ownership for resource planning tools and systems, within the Customer Experience team. If that excites you, then read on to see if your experience is a good fit.

Resource Planning Manager Responsibilities:

You have a workforce management background, building that experience with an eCommerce or start-up environment where you have supported a multi-lingual, multi-site and multi-channel operation; helping to implement and embed top class workforce management systems and procedures to deliver customer excellence.

You understand how to work with complex planning assumptions and have a track record of delivering effective resource plans to match customer demand with agent availability.

Your exceptional data and insight skill-sets allow you to get stuck into the “day-to-day” and evaluate performance; identifying key insights and opportunities to deliver on service commitments to customers and effectively prioritise and distribute workloads across multi-site teams.

You are a strong influencer and decisive, so negotiating and decision-making comes easily to you and your innovative mindset enables you to find creative solutions to everyday challenges.

Resource Planning Manager Requirements:

You have proven experience of mapping out and implementing processes and bringing others on the ‘change journey’, whilst ensuring you deliver targets on time – every time – in a busy and complex environment.

Your strong knowledge and proven experience with workforce planning systems and tools gives you a unique insight on how best to implement the technical and cultural change to achieve success; you understand the technical landscape and have experience using different systems and tools within the workforce planning arena.
