Sewell Wallis are thrilled to be working alongside a distinguished manufacturing company located in the South Leicester region. Our client are in search for a Regional Service Sales Manager who will focus on increasing turnover through new business regeneration and to build a strong and sustainable service through selling service contracts. The best suited candidate will have sales experience predominately in a manufacturing industry in order to deliver great success for the company.

Benefits: £32,000 to £35,000 + 20% Bonus + Company car + 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)

Duties/ Responsibilities:

*Develop sales servicing for both internal and external clients
*Grow sales through new methods to reach targets
*Identify new and existing business opportunities, find new methods to meet aims and objectives, forecast short to long term and to focus on selling service and support business products
*Ensure that there is transparency and communication with contracts- full service delivery
*Liaise with UK Service Managers and support functional teams
*Report weekly and/or monthly reporting of activities- producing analytical reports
*Support specific UK Projects on an as and when required basis
*Create a strong portfolio of clients and increase market network

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

*Manufacturing or Engineering experience
*Proven sales track record of services
*Service selling experience with proven track record
*Experience selling to niche markets
*Knowledge of the commercial sector
*Ability to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
*Self-motivated, strong attention to detail and organised
*Strong verbal communication skills
*Results driven
*Ability to seek new businesses
*Time management
*IT literate
*And a full driving license
