Lamonby Recruitment have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to join our client a HVAC specialist within the Retail and Commercial Sector.

Our client requires a well-structured and organised Project Manager from the M&E Industry who is familiar with working a number of projects at one time. You will ideally be Mechanical biased however; Electrical bias will be considered. You will cover Mechanical Projects in the South of the UK and have experience within the Retail or Commercial Sector.

This role is suitable for applicants wishing to work from home although you will be expected to attend meetings at the company’s head office from time to time and visit site when required.

In return the Project Manager will be offered a salary of up to £38,000 - £45,000 with benefits such as company vehicle, pension, and private medical etc.

Project Manager Role

* Attend Site and Survey requirements

* Coordinate internal resources and contractors for the completion of projects

* Time Management and Budgetary

* Manage changes to the project scope

* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

* Ensure resource availability and allocation

* Report and escalate to management as needed

* Perform risk management to minimize project risks

* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and third parties/vendors

* Creating ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

* Track project performance

* Develop comprehensive project plans

* Use and continually develop leadership skills

* Attend conferences and training

* Perform other related duties as assigned

* May require out of social hours work

* Will require travel.

* Will require staying away

Skill Set Required

* Excellent client-facing and personal communication skills.

* Project Management Professional/Prince II certification is a plus

* Developing and Tracking Budgets

* Coaching and Supervising

* Project Management and Management Skills

Project Manager Package

* Starting salary £38,000-£45,000 (dependent upon experience)
