Job title: Performance Analyst
Salary: £36,000 per annum (extensive benefits package)
Location: Cardiff
Acorn is working in a recruitment partnership with a highly regarded client, a leader in public infrastructure. This role will cover organisational, process and contractual change whilst also being involved in the management of key programme budgets.
You will also play a key role working with board level stakeholders both internally and from clients and should have strong presentation skills along with being an excellent relationship builder. Responsibilities of the Performance Analyst;
*Contractual compliance for the Planning and Performance teams
*Timely and professional presented reports to Board and Client informing of progress and the key highlights, alerts and priorities for the Planning and Performance teams
*Improvements to the reporting process - streamlined and consistent approach
*Effective budget management - ensuring correct and appropriate spend for contractual commitments
*All actions from governance forums assigned to Planning and Performance team are monitored and delivered on time
Essential requirements:
*Knowledge and experience of developing governance processes, including risk management, financial controls and reporting requirements to stakeholders at all levels.
*Strong experience of budget management including event costing and resource level planning.
*Excellent communication skills with experience operation with senior level stakeholders.
*Any experience within the rail sector is desirable.
