My client within Serviced Office is currently looking for a permanent part-time Receptionist/ Administrator based in Letchworth who can start immediately.

Hours would be Monday -Friday 9am-3pm- Salary TBC!

Job description:

* Reports to the Business Centre Manager located at your site

* Responsibility for all the administration aspects the day to day running of your site

* Being front of house and cover front desk - Greeting all clients and dealing with client queries

* General office administration (filing etc)

* Use of company software Propman (training will be given) to raise invoices, purchase orders etc.

* Chasing of arrears from tenants and banking of cheques.

* Using Microsoft Office to type up correspondence and excel for spreadsheets etc.

* Check all meeting rooms are set up for clients to use

* Answering telephone calls and emails

* Using switchboard

* Always remaining professional

The right candidate must have both Reception and Administrative experience and be able to work those part time hours.
