Our Theale based client is recruiting for an Operations and Implementation Support Co-ordinator to support a busy team. The main purpose of the role is to support the consumables and procurement team with specialist projects and day to day admin duties. Ideally our client would like a candidate who has experience of using inventory management systems and consumption tools. They would also like knowledge of database management systems and electronic order processing

The successful candidate may be required to travel to other sites during the course of the year, so needs to have their own transport. You will be the first port of call for all initial emails and enquiries in to the team.

Your role:

First response for field team support

Managing the ticketing system and central mailbox management

Providing dedicated support and query dissemination to service team

System superuser to assist with configuration control/admin and change requests in the inventory management software solutions

Proactively support managers to identify and rectify order delivery and system queries, escalating as required

Investigate and assist in swift resolution of queries and obtain/retain required documentation

Assist with specialist projects eg IT and process developments, to support and develop project implementation and business as usual

Responsible for supervision and undertaking (with appropriate team) period audit and implementation stock takes for data capture, data cleanse and reporting

On-site support for new business implementation and IT

Work with field team and client to develop shelving methodology

Assist the team on a day to day running of all admin duties

Support on site operational requirements as part of business as usual

The person:

Use of inventory management systems and consumption tools, database management systems and electronic order processing

Forward thinking, solution- focused and customer support orientated

Trouble- shooting to rectify challenges

Can quickly build positive rapport with field team colleagues and stakeholders

Make quick and accurate decisions

Competent in inventory management system

Proficient in Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, Outlook)
