We are currently looking to recruit Occupational Health Administrators x3, reporting into the Group Occupational Health team, to manage and maintain the administration function of the Occupational Health Service and offer support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be an integral member of the team by providing day-to-day administrative support. You will be responsible for coordinating client requirements in line with contract and agreed turnaround times including scheduling of appointments, correspondence with employees, managers and HR. You will liaise with the Group Occupational Health Administrators regarding work activities, programmes and initiatives and ensure Company & Divisional policies, procedures and processes are followed as appropriate. With a keen eye for detail you will be producing monthly/ quarterly statistical reports in line with Client requirements.

What are we looking for?

With your administrative experience, you will hold excellent computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as a good understanding and knowledge of statistical spreadsheet formulas. You'll also have good communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative, as well as working as part of the Group Occupational Health team.
