Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Up to £40,000 (Depending on Experience)

* 40 hours a week plus overtime.

* Mobile Phone

* Fuel Card

* Van

* Expense Card (solely for Job Materials)

* London, Greater London and ALL of the South East of England.

Loughton, Essex

Catch 22 is working with a fast growing and dynamic provider of all reactive maintenance services (Head office based in Loughton, Essex). They are in the top 20 list of sub-contractor for their biggest client (An International FM Provider) for volume and service delivery out of 3000 Sub-Contractors. They expect to stay there so any candidates must be able to demonstrate a can-do attitude. They expect hard work and high standards from their Engineers but in return will recognise and reward this. In the past they have paid for international trips and flights as well as spa days and flowers for their employee’s families, as well as supporting with child care needs.

From first contact to completion, we aim to deliver fast, efficient, quality work at cost effective prices. Successful new recruits will typically be working in commercial/industrial and retail environments.

The ideal candidate:

1. A Jack-of-all-Trades and a King of at Least One (with a qualification to prove it)

2. 2 years and more work experience

3. Clean driving License

4. Basic Understanding of Word, Outlook, WhatsApp and Calendar Management and Dropbox.

5. Should not be afraid of traffic, driving and spending long hours in the van to reach a single job.

6. A Can-Do attitude with a first-time-right mentality

7. Must be prepared to be a “Lone Worker” 90% of the time.

8. Not afraid of heights

9. Must be prepared to work across the board in different trades.

Key responsibilities:

1. Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance at client sites.

2. Identify problems on first call-out and where possible offer a temporary fix or repair/complete job for client.

3. Liaise with Help Desk in order to keep client up to date at all times.

4. Maintain all necessary Health and Safety administration before, during and after job.

5. Time management skills, to ascertain all times needed on a project
