I am currently recruiting for a Mechanical Manager to join one of my top tier clients on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to join their team in South West London with a start date in May.

This is an exciting chance to get in at the early stages of a project and see it from cradle to grave. The project will start in July and continue for 8 years!

You will be reporting into a Senior M&E Manager and working alongside an Electrical Manager and a graduate.

In the initial stages of the project you will be involved in delivering an £20mil M&E package for one of 7 blocks.

The ideal candidate is someone who is self-sufficient and driven with leading management skills. You will be brought on before the project begins to help out with drawings / design / sub-contract appointments.

This role could suit someone who has a sub-contract, main contract or developer background.

The successful candidate should come from either an apprenticeship background OR HNC, have proven experience delivering Residential projects and have EXCELLENT H&S standards.
