HR Administraator required for a part-time (permanent) position based in Coventry.

Work pattern: 27.5 hours p/wk Mon-Fri between 8am-5pm (exact times TBC)

Role Summary

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR function providing an efficient and effective administrative service ensuring all elements of the function are completed on time and to the required specification and standard.

Coordinate and develop HR Administration ensuring good practice and employment legislation is followed at all times.

  Academic/Educational Requirements

Educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent
CIPD level 3 or equivalent - desirable Required Skills/Experience/knowledge:  

Minimum of 2 years HR administration experience.
Excellent IT skills specifically Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Positive and enthusiastic team player
Possess professional, friendly and customer-focused personality
Proactive, confident, self-starter
Proven Planning & Organisation and problem solving skills
Effective interpersonal skills; adaptable to all levels of the organization
Able to work independently, taking the initiative and with little supervision
Ability to work to strict deadlines
