Job Description:
A Financial Services Administrator required for a award winning financial advice business working within their centralised client servicing and administration unit. Based in Farnborough.
Duties are as follows:
* Process all servicing work in line with the Client Servicing Agreement
* Provide a variety of admin and customer service duties
* Liaise with advisors and clients
* Arrange annual review meetings
* Process valuations and provider queries
* Service queries including case updates, finance and policy information
Skills required:
* 5 GCSE's grades A-C/9-4 including Maths and English
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong planning, administration and customer service skills
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Data entry
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience within Financial Services
