I am delighted to be working with one of the UK's largest and independently owned leading services company in the UK, the company's operations have grown considerably over the last ten years with further ambitions to grow organically and by acquisition. The company has won various awards due to their exceptional levels of customer service and leading technologies.

Based at their operations in the Swindon office in a beautiful Grade Two listed building you will find a supportive, dynamic and friendly atmosphere reporting to a dynamic motivational Group Financial Controller in a close-knit Financial Accounting team.

This is a pivotal role within the company as you would be partnering with the Business Unit Managers to help them understand their reports and provide them with support and advice in building realistic budget forecasts for their business areas. Key duties include:

* Month End Reporting

* Management Accounting

* Weekly & Monthly reconciliations

* Production of the P&L forecast

* Working with managers to ensure forecasts are realistic and challenging

* Understanding & communicating business risk to stakeholders

* Provide support to Financial Accounting Team

* Projects to support CFO and winder business units to assist with business operations and decisions

* Cash Flow forecasting

My client is looking for an Accountant who is full or part ACCA/CIMA qualified and experienced in producing a variety of commercial/business performance reports with advanced Excel skills. Strong team working ethic with the ability to be pro-active and helpful to the wider teams
