Main Objective
This role is responsible for managing the administration and coordination associated within a property services department within a demanding environment where business continuity and client satisfaction is essential. As a key team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the various M&E service teams functions efficiently across the business and have a strong administration and planning background. As a key central player, you will be responsible for working up all aspects of operating a customer service help desk and administration function and you will be required to have a flexible approach and a professional telephone manner.
Responsibilities
Ensure all calls are answered in a timely, professional and polite
Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activity is scheduled into the Engineers schedules with clearly defined service
Program any reactive or emergency works within agreed service levels
Manage the submission of Engineers timesheets
Liaise with the Managers regularly to review the workforce and PPM
Plan and pre-book engineers and subcontractor visits with the
Obtain quotes, raise and track purchase orders
Maintain and update extra works quote
Follow Company administration
Provide timely feedback on works in
Coordinate the out of hours callout rotas
Undertake any other reasonable instruction from the Contract Support Manager

You will be polished, profession and with warm and approachable nature
Able to work in a demanding environment with high standards and tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels
Ability to using initiative and plan ahead with a 'can do attitude and a team spirit with a sense of humour.
