Customer Technical Support (with fluent German language)
Our client, eDriving, is seeking an applicant who is fluent in German to join their Technical Services team providing excellent technical support to customers across the full range of mobile and computer aps. Additional language skills in French and / or Italian are advantageous.
With the highest level of customer care, you will assist customers with their technical queries on our systems and processes. Our ideal candidates will have;
* Fluent German including written skills, as well as a good grasp of English. Fluency in French and/or Italian is an advantage;
* Excellent people skills via chat tools, email and over the phone;
* A thorough and methodical approach to problem solving;
* The ability to follow procedures;
* Previous experience within a service helpdesk environment and use of a ticketing system is an advantage;
There may be a requirement for this position to include some evening and weekend working hours. Further information will be provided during the selection process.
