CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICE ADVISOR

HALIFAX

£17,500

I have a super new opportunity for someone that loves Customer Service Support and problem solving to join one of my well loved and vibrant clients based in Halifax.

My client prides themselves on the level of customer services they provide, your role enables the company to continue to provide exceptional service.

This is a great opportunity for you if you enjoy building and maintaining customer relationships. You thrive and enjoy the pressure that comes with working in a service  office, as a critical part of this team  you will need to bring with you your positive energy, excellent administrative & database management skills, ideally contract exposure and have the ability to manage timescales effectively and communicate well.

The position involves dealing with inbound technical calls form customers regarding faults and booking repairs, you will, be first point of contact with all customers for updating contacts, maintaining a high level of customer service, providing breakdown support, dealing with all customer queries, customer invoicing and general office support.

Working well under pressure as you know comes hand in hand with this type of position, if you thrive on working in a busy environment, looking to be part of this company’s expansion and growth and be a valued member of the team and not just a number.
I will need you to have the ability to react well to finding solutions for customers then I would really like to speak with you.
