We are looking for a Customer Insight Manager to join our dedicated team in a full time, permanent role based in Birmingham and in return, you will receive a highly competitive salary.

As our Customer Insight Manager, you are fluent at designing project plans, building project scopes and utilizing various methodologies, analytics, and tools to help a client understand the holistic and granular aspects of their program.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Customer Insight Manager include:

- Manage and coordinate multiple client programs, while constantly providing thought leadership and consultative services

- Provide regular feedback and recommendations to enhance client programs

- Ability to work with various teams from insights, to customer success managers and technical success managers

- Proactively flexible in managing client demands and concerns, while addressing key areas of opportunity and offering customized actionable insights

- Able to clearly communicate the key takeaways and methodologies to various client and internal stakeholders

- Ability to integrate innovative approaches/technologies to optimize current analytic systems and models

Skills and experience required to join as our Customer Insight Manager

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, and/or market research. Masters in an applicable field is preferred

- 3+ years of experience in related fields, preferably in the market research industry

- Strong understanding of experimental design/analysis, with a background in understanding and running various statistical methodologies and models (Example: Regression Analyses)

- Demonstrate the ability to drive continuous value of a service

- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills to Senior-level executives, both internally and with clients

- Experience in Python, Tableau, R, SPSS, and/or similar tools is required

-  Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills to Senior-level executives, both internally and with clients

-  Experience developing executive-level customer relationships to drive value

-  Ability to prepare analyses, data plans, and overall reports in MS PowerPoint

-  Ability to effectively communicate the results of data analysis into an integrated story to a lay audience
