The client I'm working closely with are seeking a Contracts Administrator to assist the current team by carrying out general admin duties in a cost-effective, efficient and professional manner.

The client is an established construction contractor specialising in shopfitting nationwide and you will play a pivotal role being based from the head office just outside of Southampton. You be involved with a diverse range of office tasks which will include the following:

Answering phone calls
Placing purchase orders
Booking meetings for staff and Sub-contractors
Email Management
Setting up the administration of new projects, to include formulating Health & Safety information, Construction Phase Plan and Permits
When necessary attend meetings both in-house and site based
Arrange travel and accommodation for site personnel
Requesting and collating required certificated for handover/consent to trade
Document management - archiving completed job files, sorting, collation and accurate filing of employee & agency labour time sheets
Undertaking regular price comparison tasks to ensure they are using the most competitive suppliers
Receiving and allocating warehouse deliveries
General housekeeping of the warehouse
Invoice managementWhat personal traits will you need to be successful for this role?

Due to the company environment and culture you must be a team player and not afraid to get involved! As you will be the first port of call to suppliers, clients and sub-contractors you have a high level customer service skills, organised and able to demonstrate a good level of communication.
