Commercial Manager - London - Rail
Our client, an award winning contractor are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to work on a number of Rail projects in London, predominately (LUL) London Underground schemes
Remuneration:
£80,000 - £100,000 per annum plus car / car allowance & benefits
Location:
Central London
The Role:
People managing a team of QS's
Financial performance of projects
Forecasting and reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager
Preparation of cash flow forecasts
Assisting QS's with technical and commercial issues
Requirements:
Rail project experience
Main contractor background
NEC forms of contract knowledge
Savvy stakeholder management
