Main Purpose of Role
Working with the busy Client & Event Management team you will be providing excellent customer service, ensuring client care is prioritised professionally helping all clients and prospective clients with their requirements whether by telephone, email or Live Chat.
You will work together with the team to ensure all telephone enquiries are dealt with promptly, bookings and orders are processed in a timely manner and that all customer records and information are kept up to date.
Customer journey is of paramount importance to us and your skills and expertise in this area will help us to ensure customer satisfaction throughout.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in the same or similar role
- To be happy to take on a Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract
- Min 5 GCSE's including maths and english or equivalent
- A professional and friendly disposition
