RDR are recruiting for a Client Delivery Support to be based in Dartford DA2 6SL , This is a permanent full-time role . On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package .

Client Delivery Support Overview:

The core of this role is to drive our productivity and client delivery, while providing resilience and flexibility (through multi-skilling). Client Delivery Support should understand the interlinkages across our business and the commercial implications of our work, so they are able to deliver work which is valuable to clients while understanding and managing the risks to clients .Through the breadth of their knowledge they will help ensure senior colleagues (Client Delivery Leads) can focus on specialist areas.

Client Delivery Support Key Responsibilities:

* Be responsible for client ‘Cell’ specific operational delivery of Bureau Services such as Invoice Validation, Tenant-On-Charging and Portfolio Management.

* Communicate quickly, regularly and clearly with the client in a professional manner, on the telephone and via email.

* Manage the relationship with the client throughout the business cycle.

* Liaise with the Client Delivery Lead, Head of Operations and Account Directors / Managers about operational and client issues.

* Aspire to be a super user of the main systems and processes used by the team.

Qualifications or Required Experience:

* Excellent administration skills and attention to detail. This role requires the ability to manage a large volume of information, paying close attention to detail; spotting errors to ensure the client continues to receive an excellent level of service.

* Evidence of IT skills. Competent in Excel (intermediate to advanced level), Word and Outlook. Experience of inputting data and using databases on a day-to-day basis is essential.

* Strong analytical skills are required to absorb complex information in relation to energy tariffs, the energy sector and the legislative requirements affecting our business and clients.

* Experience of the energy industry is desirable; a broad experience of the energy industry, including data, metering and invoices, which will enable them to master all operational processes quickly.
