We are looking to recruit an Assistant Team Manager to join our Advice and Contact team working 18.5 hours per week.

About the role of Assistant Team Manager in Advice and Contact

* Manage, co-ordinate and lead the team in the absence of the Team Manager

* Provide supervision and support to experienced SW and OT

* Give expert advice, support and creative problem solving to team members dealing with customers with complex need

Requirements for an Assistant Team Manager

* A Qualified Social Worker or Occupational Therapist

* Registered with Social Work England

* Management qualification or ability to demonstrate equivalent skills

* Valid UK driving licence
