£23,744 per annum (rising to £24,994 after 12 months)

35 hours per week

About the role

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to work within the Sanctuary Care Business Services team. With a strong administrative background, you will provide highly efficient and effective administrative and business support to a wide range of business areas.

Excellent literacy, organisational and customer service skills are essential for success as you will be required to correspond with a wide variety of internal and external parties. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar), are also essential.

The role is of vital importance in supporting the wider business by providing robust administrative and organisational service. A willingness to learn and improve practice is essential.

About you

This role requires a methodical and organised individual with the ability to prioritise workload and a keen eye for detail ensuring that all work is accurate and completed to the highest of standards. The role entails reporting, writing and organising regular business training, complaints management, day to day business support and managing projects as required by the business.
