Job Description: Broadland and South Norfolk have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Technician to join our team based at our Ketteringham Depot, near Hethersett. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,410 - £28,753 per annum.

What you’ll be doing as our Workshop Technician:

As part of our high-quality service, you will be ensuring our vehicles and equipment are inspected, serviced, maintained and repaired to a highest standard possible.  Attention to detail is key to help deliver the best possible service each week across the district for our residents and businesses.

Skills required of our Workshop Technician:

You must have demonstrable experience in:

- LGV safety inspections, maintenance and servicing – ideally HGV as well.

- Diagnostic fault testing

And also have:

- Good attention to detail and a great customer service.

- A commitment to completing paperwork accurately and to a high standard.

- Motivation, a good team player and be flexible with your approach towards work.

- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team and committed to health and safety

And desirable if you have (but not essential) or willingness to undertake training:

- CAT C or CE Driving Licence

- Hydraulic maintenance

- HGV experience
