Location: Blyth, Northumberland
Salary: £17,546.81 per annum inc. Health Care Cash Plan & Employee Assistance Programme
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 35 hours (inc. 7 hours management) per week

Team Supervisor - About the Role:
We are looking for a Team Supervisor for our new and exciting project in the Blyth area supporting two female customers. The Team Supervisor will support the Team Manager with the running of the new project therefore commitment and enthusiasm are essential.
You will be managing a small team of employees and you will be required to complete management tasks such as supervisions, performance and achievement reviews, contract and training compliancy and working with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs to provide an excellent quality of life and active support. This role also involves working directly with our customers and supporting them on a daily basis; therefore, sleep-in shifts are required.
Team Supervisor - About you:
You will need to be able to navigate around a computer effectively, have experience with Microsoft packages and willing to train in all aspects of the role. Full training will be given.
