What are your responsibilities?

Ensure high-quality learning takes place in all classes
Behavioural support in line with children's individual support needs
We are all a team - work with administrators, Teachers, therapy teams and anyone who is involved with positive development of our young people
Safeguard children at all times
Continual professional development to keep your skills up to date to assist young people to optimise lerning and progression
Mentor, guide and inspire through academic studies, extra curricular support and after school clubs as needed
What is required?

A strong desire to work with challenging children
Resilience and patience
Some demonstrated experience working with young people with challenging behaviours
Full time availability Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm
