Salary Circa £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive will be working with an external digital agency to increase brand visibility across all digital channels in line with the Marketing Strategy and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Growing followers and increasing engagement and awareness across all social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Contribute to building and maintaining social presence to ensure visibility within target audience community.

Respond to social media interactions, web chat conversations and pre-sales calls, ensuring the customer experience across these touch points is to the highest standard.

Liaising with managers from all aspects of the customer journey (Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Engagement) to think of innovative ways to please the consumer through all interactions.

Work with the Engagement team to create new and innovative ways to get out client to be an advocates through content sharing, alignment and development of content strategies and awareness of the wider social calendar (mental health awareness days, charity events, client achievements/activities).

A proven record of using data and analytics which effectively aids the planning process and furthermore the decision making.
Demonstrates a keen interest in using social media platforms as well as paid social. Producing, updating and modernising campaigns across the big platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
Key Skills Required

Clear understanding of the planning and execution of all communications on all social channels Proven working knowledge of all social media sites

Ability to liaise and work on a close level with a variety of departments and agency

Trained in digital marketing and social media

Experience of creating and managing online platforms

Internal and external client relationship management experience

Supporting the wider team with creative turn around with tight deadlines and customer experience optimisation

Meticulous attention to detail with examples of creating and ensuring all adhere to brand guidelines and the company’s high standards

Recognised digital marketing or equivalent qualification

An understanding of competitor and customer insights to leverage sales results

Proficient in all Microsoft Office products especially Excel and PowerPoint

Evidence of active involvement in professional development relevant to this role
