Purpose

To provide administration to key services, ERDF projects and business critical support to the teams across London and South East. Work proactively to deliver a smooth operation to the network of remote workers and administration relating to DIT wider teams and office

Key responsibilities

Process applications in line with local procedures and ensure prompt payment of grants.
Maintain accurate records to enable effective tracking and draw down of budget
Process invoices and facilitate payments in line with local agreed procedures.
Maintain accurate records to enable the effective tracking of revenue and uptake of service offer.
Process and maintain accurate records and carry out tasks as requested by line management, to include;

Export Wins
Updating CRM Database
ERDF projects
Recruitment
Global Growth ServiceCandidate Profile

Experienced in Microsoft office packages, outlook, word and excel specifically

Professional telephone manner

Excellent time management and ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Strong Customer Focus

Organised/attention to detail

Able to deal effectively with conflicting priorities

Quick to gain rapport with internal and external customers

Able to work on own initiative but also a strong Team player

Confidentiality - Must keep sensitive information confidential
