Job Description: THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are recruiting for a fantastic business in Barnsley for a Scheduler on a 12month fixed term contract. You will deliver efficient and effective work scheduling which provides excellent Customer Service and optimal execution of both planned and reactive work for both internal and external customers. The effective scheduling of all company field resources to deliver the completion of all jobs within priority times, maximising the productivity of all field teams


Coordinate the initial response on incidents and continue to manage reactive work to meet priorities and manage customer expectations.
Ensure no unnecessary visits through effective questioning and utilisation of work management systems.
Issuing, scheduling, re-issuing and re-scheduling planned work
Issuing, scheduling, re-issuing and re-scheduling follow-on jobs
Advising the contractor when the work is to be done
Taking update phone calls and emails from contractors
The role is separated into three profiles and the successful person will spend time doing each of the "role" on a rotating basis. Therefore, offering variety and skill sharing;
Taking customer calls


Previous scheduling experience is essential - ideally in a contact centre
Strong IT skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines
Ability to develop good working relationships with both internal and external customers
Proven customer service experience
Ability to work well under pressure
Attentive to detail
Excellent telephone manner


The working times are 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm, alternating on a weekly basis.
