Location: Great Shelford, Cambridge
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits

Registered Nursing Home Manager required for a stunning home in the Cambridge area!

Purosearch recruitment are happy to be working for a highly prestigious health and social care client for one of their medium sized nursing homes based near Great Shelford in Cambridge. This service provides nursing and dementia care for the elderly.

We are looking for a strong leader with minimum 3 years deputy management experience who can drive this service and care standards forward towards an Outstanding CQC rating. You will be supported by a rare and exceptional support network in and out of the home.

The Registered Nursing Home Manager…
My client is ideally looking for an experienced nursing home manager who has experience of managing nursing services to a Good and Outstanding CQC rating. However, they will consider a strong residential home manager who has the ability to lead and manage large teams and challenge clinical standards. My client will also consider a strong and experienced deputy manager from a medium/large service. The new registered nursing home manager must have in-depth CQC knowledge and understanding and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

The Registered Nursing Home Manager requirements…
-Experience of managing a medium sized home
-Experience with dementia care
-Experience of managing/deputising within a Good or Outstanding rated care home
-Vast elderly care experience
-A passion for providing the highest standard of care
-Clinical knowledge
-Nurse Qualification ideal but not necessary
