About the Role:

We are looking for a Regional HR Operations Advisor to join our HR Operations team, supporting our veterinary and retail teams across the London area.

You’ll be responsible for providing timely and effective HR advice, recruitment solutions and practical support, to assist your business partners in achieving their goals. Your area will consist of veterinary and retail areas, covering similar geographical locations.

About you: You’ll have experience of providing generalist employee relation advice and case management, along with a track record in recruitment, resourcing and development. You’ll also have experience of developing and sustaining business partner relationships and coaching line managers on best practice in people management.
