Job Description: We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join us at Adecco in Brighton!

About the role

The role requires you to report to the Operations Manager, implementing Adecco business plans at branch level. Your tasks will include the following:

Identifying opportunities within the local recruitment market to minimise risks and maximise effectiveness;
Interpreting and implementing business strategy into clear, stimulating and achievable business plans and targets;
Establishing and directing branch activities;
Evaluating, delivering and monitoring relevant metrics for the branch to ensure business is properly controlled; financial reporting and risk management;
Conducting presentations at manager meetings.About you

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience managing, coaching and developing a team. You should be motivated and be able to identify opportunities to grow your branch and implement strategic thinking. In addition, you should be comfortable with business development and recruitment and/or sales. Moreover, a strong knowledge of Human Resources procedures and IT skills are a bonus!
