Role: Planner / Scheduler

Due to the rapid growth and continuous success with one of our Social Housing companies we are currently seeking a confident and dynamic Planner / Scheduler to join our their team in North London.

As a Planner / Scheduler you will work on a reactive basis focusing on past and current jobs, and queries relating to these. You will have a pivotal role in liaising between our trades people and tenants, ensuring that you are successfully managing expectations throughout. You will also be responsible for booking emergency jobs that come in.

You will need the ability to remain calm under pressure and have good negotiation and influencing skills to ensure all works are allocated and completed within the given timescales, and all customers are satisfied with the service provided. If you thrive on customer interaction and are able to react to changing situations with speed and accuracy

- Ability to engage people and build strong working relationships.
- Skilled in handling complaints and difficult situations.

- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Experience in social housing repairs and maintenance
- Trade experience for problem diagnosis
- Commercial awareness

Our client would ideally like someone in place asap.

This role is temporary to permanent role offering 40 hours per week 8am-5pm (Hours are non-negotiable) on an end salary of up to £22,000- £25,000 PA (Negotiable between yourself and the client). Whilst temping you will be paid weekly via PAYE at a base rate of £10.18 per hour and holiday pay added for approx 12 weeks.
