Job Description: The AICS Group specialises in providing community-based rehabilitation and support to clients who suffered from a brain injury.

AICS Group is looking for a Persian Speaking Male Support Worker to work with our client who lives in Putney. This role provides immense job satisfaction within a busy and varied environment, working with a range of health and social care professionals.

We are looking for individuals who have the experience, heart, empathy, and dedication to support families with their loved one’s rehabilitation and everyday care needs. They would be providing this whilst assisting their Clients to work toward increased independence. We are looking for experienced individuals who can make a positive impact and are keen to develop their skills further whilst assisting their Clients to reach their full potential.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Client: The client suffered from a Brain Injury, therefore Cognitive rehabilitation needed and someone who can motivate.

- The client only speaks Persian/Farsi

-supporting client to complete weekly schedule

-support in independent living

-taking him in community

Therefore, looking for Persian Speaking Male Support Workers who can work:

Shift times 10 am – 3 pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday

We are looking for individuals with a professional attitude who have experience working in family environments and supporting with day to daycare needs and some domestic tasks associated with the Client.

MUST BE A DRIVER.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential Skills:

Minimum 1 Year of experience in health and social care, preferably with adults or children who have a brain injury, Basic understanding of cognitive and physical impairment, Demonstrate the ability to relate respectfully to people with physical disabilities, Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to liaise with other professionals daily

Desirable Skills:

Current and clean drivers license, Experience of providing care to people living in the community
