Job Description: Our client is a future-focused and progressive not-for-profit housing association, they want to make Oldham a place where people are proud to live and work. To deliver our promises to their customers they are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focussed individual to appoint to the following key position:

People Systems Officer Grade 7 (£27,335 - £29,708)
Perm

The main purpose of the post is to support the team to deliver a range of people centric solutions and a high-quality proactive & operational HR service across the company ensuring the accuracy of HR information & ICT systems in relation to cultural change programmes and all advisory activity.

The expectation of the role is to act as the process and systems lead ensuring that all existing and new systems interlink with each other. Embedding systems within the HR service, developing insight, KPIs and using knowledge and information regarding operational service levels to deliver their people plan.

You will also be required to support the development of reward and remuneration platforms engaging their employees through the implementation of innovative internal communication plans to deliver a clear value proposition that is relevant to them.
