Job Description: Our client based in Rhymney is looking to appoint a part-time Sales Account Manager. The role is to ultimately gather feedback from clients in regards to changes in their buying behaviour and identify opportunities for a retention, prevention and recovery strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

Generate leads for any new build or refurbishment plans
Maintain up to date and accurate customer records and to provide management with forecasts and reports
Actively discuss current customers spending patterns, to identify and maximise potential sales opportunities
Perform complete account cleanse of customers account
Make standard company introduction using agreed script, introducing selves as direct point of contact for any issues / queries
Make contact with decision makers, completing questionnaires where required
Ensure information on all current campaign and promotions is to hand for every call
Deal with any issues customer may report / have
Enter order if applicable and / or update notes
Report and action any issues resulting from questionnaireEssential Attributes:

Proven organisation and time management skills
To act in a professional manner at all times in order to promote a positive image of the company
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate positively at all levels, internally and externally
Strong team working ethos and the ability to be proactive and use initiative to work alone when required
Proven objection, negotiation and complaint handling experience
A proven track record in account development / management
Offers a professional and friendly approach, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
Demonstrated over achievement in a business to business outbound telesales environment with consistent over achievement of performance targets

Contract: Permanent Part-time

Salary: £16,010 - £17,010 pro rata for 25 hours per week

Hours: Over 5 days per week so 5 hours daily
