Job Description: Operations Manager – London Region

We are searching for an Operations Manager – London Region to manage and motivate a team of field-based Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.  Do you have what it takes to join our team? Are you able to show outstanding leadership to challenge your teams to be their best? Are you a commercially astute individual capable of delivering profitable business with high client satisfaction? Do you have a background in facilities management or related industry?

As an Operations Manager in London you will be responsible for:

·         The operational management and delivery of cleaning services

·         Mobilisation of new business wins

·         Maintaining strong client relationships and high levels of satisfaction

·         Managing and coaching local service teams

·         Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement and account growth.

As an Operations Manager you will have the following expertise and attributes:

·         Strong stakeholder management and relationship building

·         People management experience of teams in a diverse location in a sales-orientated business

·         Confident producing financial reports and analysis.

·         Experience with acquisitions and integration

·         Operational management in a services environment

·         Understanding of a contracts business

·         Strong commercial awareness, financial management and IT literacy

·         Passionate, flexible, trustworthy and innovative.
