Job Description: Marketing & Commercial Effectiveness Coordinator

Our International pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced Coordinator to support the EMEA Oncology marketing team, coordinate Commercial Effectiveness projects across the Regions and to support and coordinate Oncology portfolio marketing projects as required.

Main duties and responsibilities to ensure:
* To support EMEA team for planned Congresses & Events, including logistics
* Oversee all EMEA led meetings and events (Brand Team meeting)
* Ensure that customer facing international meetings such as Advisory Boards & speaker meetings are held to the appropriate compliant standard
* Ensure that all processes associated with procurement, logistics, compliance are completed in an accurate and timely manner
* Ensuring all customer activities are appropriately captured in the relevant tracking system
* To coordinate EMEA commercial effectiveness projects in collaboration with Affiliates
* Work with suppliers to support EMEA initiatives
* Responsible for logistics, and communication of event and where appropriate liaise with external venues as necessary
* Work with events companies and organise travel for delegates including taxi and accommodation, providing clear travel plans
* Organise and manage EMEA Commercial training meetings, venue and logistics and onsite support as necessary.
* Processing of team expenses on Concur
* Support Spitfire process
* Utilisation of SAP for creation & tracking of Purchase Orders for team
* Maintenance of tracker for budgets
* Create & tracking of Purchase Orders for team
* Booking travel
* Coordinate the shipping of different materials to the EMEA affiliates

Skills & Experience required:
* Demonstrable working experience in regional team
* Strong demonstrable experience of organising medium to large scale meetings, conferences and exhibitions - essential
* Good computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Sound knowledge of budgetary procedures and understanding in processing project expenses - essential
* Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in cross functional teams amongst a wide range of cultures- essential
* Strong commercial acumen with a high level of motivation towards achieving team and personal objectives- essential
* Intermediate/advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft packages including Word and Excel. In addition, a good level of knowledge of databases, including Outlook.
* Planning and Project Management Skills
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Possess a strong sense of responsibility and meeting strict deadlines
* Able to form strong cross-functional relationships
