Job Description: Management & Leadership Trainer - London - Up to £35,000 / 28 days holiday, plus bank holidays, medical insurance, Cycle to Work Scheme, childcare vouchers, extensive opportunity to work towards additional qualifications.
The Role: Management & Leadership Trainer
* If you are a seasoned Management and Leadership Trainer and you'd like the autonomy to design your own training, this role is for you. A large proportion of this role is desk-based coaching, meaning you'll get to know your learners and be able to use your exceptional coaching skills to help them to develop.
* This company has its own management and leadership training academy, in which they are about to deliver management and leadership training to their staff members in the London area. You'd be based at home and travel to meet your learners every few weeks. The maximum caseload is 40 to ensure a high standard of training is provided.
* You would deliver monthly workshops to cover CMI level 3 (Supervisor) and level 5 (Operational Management) to your learners. You would play an integral part in designing all your training material.
* You will have a strong managerial track record and you'll be able to draw upon this to take the theory of management training into real life. This will help your learners assimilate your training effectively.
* A DBS check would be required.
Essential Requirements: Management & Leadership Trainer
* You will have a sound track record delivering management and leadership training and be familiar with delivering ILM or CMI to level 5. This means you will be confident coaching senior managers.
* You will possess formal training or assessing qualifications, or be prepared to work towards them. You'll have knowledge of how apprenticeship programmes work, in particular the New Standards and management diplomas. Ideally, you'll have delivered them too.
* You will possess a formal business qualification, ideally to level 5 or above. There will be the opportunity to study for relevant professional qualifications.
* You will have an impressive background as a manager in industry and commerce.
* You will be a self-starter - following a great induction, you'll be the sort of person who wants to get stuck in and crack on.
