Job Description: Your new job title: Korean speaking Planning Analyst

Your new salary: up to £33k (dependant on experience) plus excellent company benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week; however, flexibility required in order to fulfil role and responsibilities

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

You will be responsible for forecasting for budgetary requirements. As well as for regular daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to support the financial analysis.

Main responsibilities:

* Organise the promotion detail and period management

* Monthly sales programmes report

* Organising the sales promotion monthly calendar

* Monitor the balance and current sales programme activity

* Supporting sales coordination to update old and new programmes

* Make forecast for future budget needs

* Explain and defend recommendations to management and stakeholders

* Conduct cost / benefit analyses

* Check the reasonability of payment (evidence, agreement, stock date, sales out data, price, etc.)

* Communicate with marketing team and check budget of marketing support

* HQ strategic fund management

* Sales & Marketing Activities Support

* Daily duties including charge back in sales and market activities), monitoring of daily sales progress

* Weekly sales programme updated report, monitor & report weekly delivery plan

* Monthly sales deduction report, charge back report, promotion calendar, month-end closing (issues related to P&L)

* Quarterly: marketing expense report, actual activities report

* Yearly: year report for sales programme, MKT activities, individual report etc.

* Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as requested by the line manager

The Essential skills you require to be successful in this role:

* Strong command of English and Korean languages

* Previous experience in a similar role within a related business environment – ideally consumer electronics

* Strong ability to network

* Highly organised with strong administration background

* Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of databases and queries

* Energetic self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision

* Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment

* Able to constructively challenge and improve existing practice

* Completer finisher, able to be resilient to drive issues through to a successful customer-focused solution

* Good judgement, able to make practical and realistic decisions within scope of responsibility

* Proven commercial acumen and ability to achieve commercial objectives
