MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Engineering team with an Implementation Manager for our @one Alliance framework. Based from the office in Peterborough, you’ll define and provide appropriate tools, processes, procedures and training ensuring these standards are maintained and consistent across all site teams, partners, tier 2 partners and Anglian Water’s supply chain

The @one Alliance is a collaborative organisation of consultants and contractors working together to deliver more than half of Anglian Waters capital investment programme.

You will report directly to the Lead Technical Manager and the responsibilities will include:

* Provide guidance and training material to the site teams, partners, tier 2 partners and Anglian Water’s supply chain to ensure engineering standards are embedded.

* Oversee the knowledge management of site teams, partners, tier 2 partners and Anglian Water’s supply chain working practices and the tools they use and ensure they are suitably embedded into the Engineering Standards.

* Establish a network of people within our partner’s organisation and utilise them as advocates to successfully adopt working standards and practices within their parent companies.

* Assist the Engineering Manager in the definition, development and maintenance of Engineering Standards ensuring alignment is achieved across the @one Alliance.

* Day to day leadership, mentoring and support for the extended group of advocates in external companies.

Qualifications

Essential

* Experience in rolling our processes and procedures successfully

* Experience of construction site working practices

* Fluent in Autodesk BIM 360 packages
