Job Description: HR DATA SPECALIST REQUIRED!

ITRENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

LOCATION: RICKMANSWORTH WD3

Our Client is a world leading project development and construction group company seeking a HR Data Specialist to join their Successful Team based in Rickmansworth. Being one of the largest Construction companies in the world, this position is not one to be missed.

Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm
Salary £13.00 per hour - Paid weekly every Friday
Experience with a leading company
On site parking
Long term secure work
Immediate start

Responbilites:

Ensure data entered in a timely manner in association with payroll cut-off dates
Excellent quality of input
Accuracy and timeliness of requests to non-batched report
Manage HR Data Team Mailbox on rota
Knowledge of departmental structures
Accurate data entry and alignment of iTrent positions with organisational structures
Audit trail for each transaction, in line with corporate standards
Excellent customer service skills
Attendance at and contribution to meetings as required by Senior HR Data Specialist and HR Data Manager
Training of HR Community on iTrent systems i.e. iTrent, myDetails, People Manager
