About the Opportunity
Coordinates all customer queries & opportunities for the EMEA sales region. This will involve co-ordinating quotations and providing timely information to all customers. This position works with the Product Line Managers for their specific regions to proactively support and coordinate internal activities for the specified region.

What duties are involved?
Facilitating all actions necessary to assist Product Line Managers to develop sales in the specified region for the electrical market sector
• Co-ordinate with the various product development teams to penetrate areas for new products and assist with any promotional activities
• Carries out co-ordination of quotations
• Provides timely information to customers to ensure optimum customer service
• Proactively contributes to all team projects
• Generate and work on daily Microsoft Excel reports relating to sales order management
DIMENSIONS:
• Ensures that all customer issues and queries are acknowledged or answered within 24 hours
• Flexibility as customer and team requirements change
• Ensure robust relationships are built and managed both internally and externally
• On Time Delivery focus and Root Cause Analysis
Ensures all quotation, project and promotional activity is monitored and reported monthly
What skills, experience & attributes are we looking for?
· Essential for the successful candidate to be fluent in German and English
· Good Interpersonal skills
· Previous experience in inside sales / customer service is desirable
· Good communication skills, both written & verbal are essential
· Analytical and detail conscious with a commitment to excellence
· Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
· Flexible approach within an ever-changing environment
· Ability to positively promote a professional way of working culture
· Highly ethical and can work in a team environment
· Advanced PC skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Outlook and Office), and common applications
SAP and CRM knowledge is preferable
