Job Description: THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are recruiting for an Employer Engagement Officer (account manager) to offer day-to-day office support for clients, ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered consistently. This position is paying up to £19,000, depending on experience, and is based in Doncaster. The purpose of the position is to deliver high levels of account management to employers, employer providers and apprenticeship providers and to act as the main point of office contact for employers.


Provide account management and support to a range of internal and external customers.
Be the recognised point of contact for customers within your area.
Direct day to day liaison with employers and employer providers.
Visit customers as and when required and accompany the Head of Employer Engagement when necessary.
Resolving problems with other departments and customers swiftly and to a satisfactory standard.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Assist the Head of Employer Engagement with the End Point Assessment contracting process.


Excellent time, people and resource management/organisational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal manner
Demonstrable ability to work from own initiative and as part of a wider team
Demonstrable word processing, spreadsheet and email skills
Desirable - knowledge of the apprenticeship sector
Holds a full clean driving licence and is prepared to travel


Salary up to £19,000 depending on experience, 22 days holiday + stats (increasing to 25), excellent non-contributory pension, critical illness cover, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
