Customer Service Officer


Competitive salary + company bonus structure

Monday to Thursday 830am-445pm, Friday 830am-4pm

Free parking and easily accessible via public transport


Handle communication with customers, consumers and sales personnel via phone and email
Entering orders / editing orders on the system
Providing appropriate advise to customers
Ensure systems are updated efficiently
Quickly identify situations requiring specialist information and direct customers appropriately
Provide administration support to resolve queries
General administration as and when requiredExperience Required:

Strong customer service skills
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Good IT knowledge and experience using systems
